Baby It's Cold Outside.

I just spent the last 5 minutes standing outside. Pj's, my big grama sweater, and fur crocs were my winter wear, as Ruby made her last pee trip tonight.
Tonight I was involved in our Christmas Eve program at church, it really is one of my favorite things to do. I got to sing, and as well this year, I was involved in doing some readings, all in all very cool.

After it was done, after the face is scrubbed clean, and the pj's are on, I find myself outside. The sky was so dark tonight, but for a few all honesty, probably satellites. And I found myself, asking the has been on my mind for a few weeks now......"Surely, You....who created this place, this enveloping black sky' this earth that I stand; Surely, you who sent your son, to be a new born baby, to live here and die for me, surely.....You must have a plan for my life, right? I mean, you wouldn't go through all of this....just to have my life mean so little, right?

I am overwhelmed by the greatness of God, and the insignificance of me. That's where I am at tonight. Praying for a future of hope, of faithfulness, of fruit.
Waiting for God to move, to release.

Merry Christmas.
